The White Dress Boutique is a curated collection of white dresses for any occasion - from brunch to sorority inductions to alumni ceremonies and other rituals.

I came up with this idea at my Spelman College class reunion. During our reunion weekends, alumnae are invited to March through the Arch on our beautiful Atlanta campus. This is a tremendously moving, time honored tradition for which the required attire is a modest white dress and black closed toe shoes. This harkens back to the early days of the school when the only formal attire available to Spelman students was a white dress. They would wear their everyday black shoes because most people at the turn of the 20th century only had one pair. 

I looked around campus and saw thousands of beautiful women dressed in white, and realized that each of them had probably spent a lot of time searching the internet and brick and mortar stores for the perfect white dress. 

I thought to myself ... why not do that work for them and put them all in one place?

Each piece in the White Dress Boutique has been personally selected by me, sourced from thousands of options keeping in mind different body types, budgets, occasions, seasons, settings, and personal styles. I hope that anyone needing a white dress that isn't bridal can find something here that is good value and that they will feel proud to wear.
